Contract Duration: 8 Weekly
Carpenter Court, built by McCarthy & Stone, is purpose-designed for independent living for those aged 60 and over. Situated in the popular town of Stapleford, the development comprises 48 thoughtfully planned apartments, each featuring design elements that support comfortable, everyday living. A House Manager is on-site Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, to oversee the building, maintain a welcoming environment, and provide assistance to residents as they settle into their new home.

We are delighted to announce winning the contract for McDonald's in Ilkeston.

Currently cleaned external with the water fed pole system to ensure perfect results.
Also cleaned at the same time is all internal glass using the traditional method.
Our team currently clean McDonald's internal and external 3 times a week. -

We are proud to announce gaining a new contract which involves the window cleaning of 35 newly built properties for a leading developer.

With them being on a building site we currently clean the 35 properties on a weekly basis to ensure the home owners have clean windows while further homes are being built. -

Contract Duration: Weekly
McDonalds cleaned on a weekly basis inside and out. This brand new McDonalds is our 3rd restaurant on the books.

All external windows, frames and doors are cleaned using purified water to achieve a spotless finish.
The internal windows are cleaned traditional.
Once a month the drive through canopies and external "goal posts" are cleaned to make sure they are kept clean.
Our team are here once a week from 7am.
