Roof moss removal and treatment in Stanley Common

Originally the client contacted us to enquire about gutter cleaning as they were blocked and causing problems.

However, after a site visit and after advising the client it would be beneficial to have their roof cleaned.

We began to remove the moss from the roof using our specialist roof cleaning blades designed to fit the roof tile.

We safely accessed the roof using our mobile scaffold tower so we could work safely.

We then treated the roof with a biocide to kill all the remaining moss within the cracks. This biocide also prevents the moss from growing back for 3-5 years.

Finally, all the guttering was emptied ensuring no moss is left behind.
