Carpenter Court, built by McCarthy & Stone, is purpose-designed for independent living for those aged 60 and over. Situated in the popular town of Stapleford, the development comprises 48 thoughtfully planned apartments, each featuring design elements that support comfortable, everyday living. A House Manager is on-site Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, to oversee the building, maintain a welcoming environment, and provide assistance to residents as they settle into their new home.

Many of the apartments within the retirement complex feature Juliet balconies which require specialist equipment as both sides of the glass need to be cleaned.

The complex is currently cleaned by our team of professionals every 8 weeks internal and external.
