Can you clean gutters on a three storey house?
Yes, absolutely. Our industrial strength gutter vacuum system allows us to reach and clean gutters up to three storeys high, all from the safety of the ground. This means we don't need ladders or expensive scaffolding, making the process safer, more efficient, and more cost effective for you.

When do you take payment?
For GoCardless direct debit customers, payment is taken 5 days after we've completed the clean. For other payment methods, we invoice you once the work is finished and you've had the opportunity to inspect it. We never take payment before completing the work. This approach ensures you're completely satisfied before any money changes hands.

How does the GoCardless direct debit system work?
GoCardless is a safe, secure direct debit system that makes paying for your regular window cleaning simple and hassle free. Payment is taken 5 days after we've cleaned your property, not before. If we don't clean your windows for any reason, GoCardless will not take a payment. You'll receive an email from GoCardless letting you know the amount due and the date the funds will be collected. The system is 100% secure and you're protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. To set up GoCardless, just enter the first line of your address and postcode on our website and press the Pay with GoCardless button.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit card, GoCardless direct debit, and Klarna. Our GoCardless direct debit option is particularly popular with regular customers as it's convenient and you don't need to worry about having cash or being home when we visit. We also accept BACS transfers. Payment is only taken once the work is complete and you're happy with the results.

What's your guarantee policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our work. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, we'll come back and put it right free of charge. We only take payment once you're satisfied with the results.

Do you send reminders before you arrive?
Yes, we send a text reminder the evening before we're due to clean your windows. This way, you'll always know when to expect us. For our regular commercial clients, we also provide reminders before each scheduled visit to ensure your cleaning schedule stays on track.

Yes, and we encourage it! When you combine services such as window cleaning with gutter cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory cleaning, or roof cleaning, you'll receive a discounted rate. This bundle and save approach is a cost effective way to keep your entire property looking its best. Just let us know which services you're interested in when you request your quote.

How long does roof cleaning protection last?
After we've cleaned your roof and applied our anti-fungal biocide treatment, the protection prevents moss, algae, and lichen regrowth for up to 3 years. The biocide continues to work for months after application, killing any remaining organic growth from within and creating a protective barrier against future contamination. Many of our customers find that their roofs stay cleaner for longer after professional treatment.

Do you use ladders?
No, we don't use ladders for our standard services. Our water fed pole systems can reach windows up to 50 to 60 feet high from ground level, and our gutter vacuum system reaches up to three storeys. This ground based approach is much safer for our team and eliminates any risk of damage to your property from leaning ladders against walls or walking on roof tiles. For certain roof cleaning services, our fully trained and qualified technicians may use safe ladder access where required, always following strict health and safety procedures.

How do I know if my gutters need cleaning?
There are several signs that your gutters need attention. Look out for water overflowing during rainfall, damp patches appearing on interior walls, visible plants or grass growing in the gutters, sagging guttering due to the weight of debris, or water staining on external walls. If you notice any of these signs, it's time to book a professional gutter clean. We recommend having your gutters cleaned at least twice a year to prevent blockages and water damage.

Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have safe access to your windows, we can complete the work whilst you're out. For residential customers, we'll post a card through your door to confirm the work is done, and you'll receive an invoice via email. Many of our customers prefer this arrangement as it fits easily around their busy schedules.

What's included in a standard window clean?
Every standard window clean includes glass, frames, sills, and doors. We clean everything thoroughly from top to bottom, removing dirt, cobwebs, and marks to leave your windows sparkling clean. For residential customers, we also provide a text reminder the evening before we're due to clean, and we'll post a card through your door to confirm the work is complete.

Do you clean inside windows as well?
Yes, we offer internal window cleaning on request for residential properties. Our standard service focuses on external windows, frames, sills, and doors, but if you'd like your internal windows cleaned, just let us know when you book and we can arrange this for you.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
This depends on your preferences and location. Most residential customers choose either a 4 weekly or 8 weekly cleaning schedule to keep their windows looking their best year round. Properties near busy roads, surrounded by trees, or in areas with high pollution may benefit from more frequent cleaning. We offer flexible agreements including daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or one off cleans to suit your needs.

How does the pure water system work?
Our pure water system uses 100% purified water that's completely free from minerals and impurities. The water is delivered through long hoses connected to extendable carbon fibre poles fitted with soft brush heads. We scrub your windows, frames, and sills with the purified water, which attracts and lifts dirt away from the glass. Because the water is completely pure, it dries naturally without leaving any spots, streaks, or residue, giving you a perfect, crystal clear finish every time.

How does the referral scheme work?
Our referral scheme is simple. If you recommend us to a friend, neighbour, or family member and they sign up for regular window cleaning, you'll get your next clean completely free.
